We’re looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Let Them Be Kids! and The Hangout, where we provide before- and after-school, school holidays and summer care for children ages 6-12. Our program focuses on creating a fun, safe, and structured environment where kids can grow, learn, and thrive.
We’re looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Let Them Be Kids! and The Hangout, where we provide before- and after-school, school holidays and summer care for children ages 6-12. Our program focuses on creating a fun, safe, and structured environment where kids can grow, learn, and thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Pick up/drop off children from school using a 15-passenger van (training provided).
- Plan and lead engaging daily activities.
- Actively supervise children to ensure safety and positive behavior.
- Encourage teamwork, responsibility, and kindness.
- Clean and sanitize the facility each evening before closing.
- Stay active and on your feet while interacting and playing with children most of the day.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 18 years old - 21 years old or older preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van (training provided).
- Able to pass a Child Care Licensing background check.
- Available Monday through Friday.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire).
- Physically able to stand, walk, and actively engage with children throughout the shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed (such as moving supplies, equipment, or helping children safely).
