About Let Them Be Kids! and The Hangout
At Let Them Be Kids! and The Hangout, we believe childhood is not something to rush — it’s something to protect, nurture, and celebrate. We provide high-quality, play-based care for infants through school-age children in a safe, engaging, and loving environment.

Our programs focus on more than routines — we focus on purpose. Every interaction, activity, and experience is designed to build confidence, foster belonging, encourage curiosity, and support each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth.

We are a team-driven center that values love, trust, honesty, open communication, and teamwork. We believe children thrive when teachers feel supported, valued, and empowered. Our staff are not just caregivers — they are role models, mentors, and difference-makers in the lives of the families we serve.

If you are passionate about making a lasting impact and believe children deserve joyful, meaningful childhood experiences, you’ll fit right in with our team.
